The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment has issued a health advisory withdrawing and banning the import of eggs from North Carolina's Rose Acre Farm's Hyde County in the United States.
According to the advisory, these eggs have been contaminated with salmonella.
Several measures have been taken by the ministry to withdraw all eggs produced by that farm, including the issuing of a circular with a serial code number list of the product to all local authorities.
The ministry warned against the distribution or consumption of any eggs from the Rose Acre farm.
