Man in Dubai refuses to leave girlfriend's house after breaking in

The Dubai Public Prosecutor referred the case of a 24-year-old man to the Dubai Criminal Court for forcefully breaking into his girlfriend's apartment.
The Gulf national, refused to leave unless the victim agreed to marry him, Al Bayan reported. 
The accused, who holds a military title, was charged with breaking and entering the apartment. He also reportedly assaulted two policemen.
