Get discounts by showing your Nol card: All you need to know

You can get 1 point for every Dh1 spent travelling.

Now you can earn points by using your Nol Card while travelling on any RTA public transport service in Dubai, including bus, metro, tram, taxi and water taxi and spending on parking meters.
With RTA's loyalty program, Nol Plus, registered members can earn and avail offers at their partner outlets listed on the website.

How many points can you earn

If you have a standard Nol card, you can earn 1 point for every Dh2 spent while travelling. But having a personalised Nol card allows you to earn 1 point for every Dh1 spent. You can personalize your card by heading to www.nol.ae or contacting RTA on 800 9090. 
Making payments with your Nol card at over 3,000 outlets across the Mercury partner network can get you more points.  

Joining Nol Plus 

To join the Nol Plus program, users need to log on to www.nolplus.ae and register themselves. Log into your RTA account and link your Nol card by providing the details. If you don't have an RTA account, visit www.rta.ae to create one. 
Once you have linked you Nol card, RTA will inform that your card is verified and you will start earning 1 point for every Dh1 spent. 
It could take up to nine days for your points to appear in your account. For assistance, users can contact Nol Plus at ask@nolplus.ae or call 600-522-525. 

How to redeem points 

Once you have earned points, you can redeem them when your balance reaches 500. The maximum number of points you can redeem in one transaction is 5,000 points. 
In case your Nol card linked to your account is stolen, the points will remain in your account till they expire - they expire 12 months from the date of your first point earned.
