The defeats are a jolt to a full-strength Pakistan side in their preparations for the Twenty20 World Cup
The 'hello summer' campaign will offer free assisted fuelling services in July and August to 'Adnoc Wallet' customers. Non-wallet customers will get the free services in July, but will need to sign up to avail of it in August.
Wallet customers have the option to pay for services using a smart tag, Emirates ID or a 'plus' card. Signing up for the scheme takes just "two minutes", the company said.
The fuel distributor had in June 2018 announced its 'Flex' scheme, which lets motorists fuel on their own for free or pay Dh10 extra for assistance. 'Premium' and 'self-serve' banners are placed at all Adnoc stations to guide motorists. The elderly and people of determination are exempted from the service fee. Motorists using the premium service option will have their car windshields cleaned by the attendants.
Previously, residents had expressed concerns about opting for the self service during the summer months.
Referring to the summer campaign, Adnoc Distribution acting CEO, Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, said: "Our 'Hello Summer' campaign makes refuelling during the hottest part of the day more comfortable for our Adnoc Wallet customers in July and August. I am also very pleased to announce the inclusion of all customers in the promotion during the month of July. This campaign allows customers to take the opportunity to sign-up with Adnoc Wallet and enjoy the benefits in August, too."
