The Indian singer could be seen apologising to the Pakistani actor for not recognising her at first instance
The Philippines’ answer to the Beatles, the 90s seminal group Eraserheads has just released two new songs, marking the end of their decade-long hiatus.
The singles 1995 and Sabado are the first new material from the band since they broke up in 2002. The songs were exclusively made available as a premium CD on the latest issue of Esquire Philippines, and the band made history once again as the magazine sold out on the first run.
Esquire celebrated the launch with an event last Thursday at Makati Shangri-La. Ely Buendia, Raymund Marasigan, Buddy Zabala, and Marcus Adoro surprised the audience with an unplanned set featuring some of their hits.
Considered to be prime movers of OPM (original Philipino music), with each member having moved on to form different successful bands, Eraserheads recently reunited for some much-awaited tours outside of the Philippines, with sold-out shows in the U.S., U.K. and of course, in Dubai Media City where they were warmly received by an amazing crowd of over 15,000.
Middle East fans can access the best of Eraserheads’ music, including multi-platinum must-have albums Cutterpillow and Circus, now available on unlimited streaming through mobile music app Anghami, free to download for IOS, Android, Windows and Blackberry devices.
