FMC Network ease past Sandpipers
Adnan Arif played an outstanding knock of 168 off just 62 balls to fire of FMC Network to a huge 106-run victory over Sandpipers in Ajman Cricket Council Mulk Holdings T20 Cup.
His blistering innings included 15 6s and 12 4s.
Batting first, FMC Network put on 315/5 in their allotted 20 overs. Adnan (168) and Mubash (41) were the main contributors. Saurabh got 2-36.
In reply, Sandpipers never looked comfortable and could muster only 209/9 and lost the match by 106 runs.
Rupesh (46), Indika (66) and Qamar (41) did their best but that was not enough. Mubash 3-29, Affaque 2-44, Adnan 2-14 were the successful bowlers for FME Network. Adnan Arif of FMC Network was declared man-of-the-match.
In Juniors Champions Trophy, Al Mukkaram qualified for the semi-finals after beating Ajman Panthers by 63 runs.
Batting first, Al Mukkaram scored 249/6 in 20 overs. Ali Shah (39), Ayesh (62) and Nawaz 48 n.o, were the main contributors. Jagraj and Burhan shared two wicket each.
In reply, Ajman Panthers were bowled out for 186.
