Toll dnata gets ISAGO accreditation
DUBAI - Dnata’s commitment to safety and service excellence has been confirmed once more with Toll dnata, the company’s Australian operation, obtaining the IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) accreditation for its ground handling operations.
Toll dnata Airport Services has achieved ISAGO accreditation at its Sydney head office as well as the Melbourne ground operation. The ISAGO programme isa rigorous audit system using internationally recognised quality auditing principles designed to improve ground handling quality and safety, including a reduction in ground accidents and injuries. “dnata’s reputation for high quality safety and service around the globe is world-class and we see ISAGO as an essential benchmark for our operations,” said Gary Taylor, GM of Toll dnata in Australia.
