Major General Shaikh Talib bin Saqer Al Qassimi, General Commander of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, inaugurated the restaurant in RAK Mall recently.

India Palace – Ras Al Khaimah, recreates the same dazzling grandeur of the Mughal Dynasty in its finest form through its elaborate pictorial presentations and artistically hand down wood work executed by skilled artisans, not to mention the lingering aroma of deliciously prepared fine and exotic Mughal cuisine at its best, formulated by guarded secret recipes handed over from the great kitchen of the golden era.

Corporate chef Amit Ghosh said: “Our food is inspired by the traditional Mughali Style cooking which dates back to 14th century. We bring together the exciting flavors of India using authentic and fresh ingredients.

The quintessential grandeur of the Mughal dynasty awaits its discerning guests of honor for a lavish feast of the senses.” India Palace has 12 fine dining restaurants operating in the UAE, including one in the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa. Plans are on to open the next India Palace – Fine Dining Restaurant’ in Al Ain.

The India Palace restaurant chain is a part of the SFC Group, a leading hospitality conglomerate in the UAE. The group has other specialised operations such as Avenue Hotel, a four-star Business Boutique hotel in Dubai, SFC Plus (Southern Fried Chicken) – chain of quick dining restaurants and SFCS-contract catering services.
