Dubai Duty Free mark a first with Kiehl’s products
DUBAI - Dubai Duty Free has become the first airport retailer in the Middle East to offer Kiehl’s products. The popular New York cosmetic brand, which offers a wide range of skincare products is now available within Dubai Duty Free’s retail operation in Terminal 3.
To officially welcome the Kiehl’s brand, a special launch ceremony was held at Dubai Duty Free today (Thursday, 25th March) and was attended by the retail operation’s senior management and staff headed by Deputy Managing Director, George Horan and senior officials from Kiehl’s who had flown in for the event, including Philippe Goldman, Division Manager, Lancome and Kiehl’s, Nicolas Pic, Travel Retail Manager, Kiehl’s (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Tanguy Le Baud, Area Manager for Lancome and Kiehl’s.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. George Horan, Deputy Managing Director of Dubai Duty Free said: “As a retailer we are constantly looking at ways that differentiate Dubai Duty Free and to offer our customers exclusive brands and opportunities. Being the first duty free operation in the region to feature the Kiehl’s brand is an important step in that process and we welcome this new addition to the category.”
Kiehl’s was first founded as an old-world apothecary in New York City in 1851 and is famous for its unique formulations made of high concentrations of the finest natural ingredients.
