For such a thoroughly corrupt parliament to have the audacity to implicate Musharraf is shameful. In reality, all the politicised cases against him are baseless and all that was required of Musharraf was to appear in the court for a hearing only, which he will comply with when he is in Pakistan. He has neither been sentenced nor convicted for anything so where is the question of arrest?

Interestingly, in both the cases, the government should be the respondent not Musharraf , who was the head of state. The prime minister is the head of the government.
