Mastercard, Amazon.ae sign strategic partnership

Dubai — Mastercard and Amazon.ae have announced a strategic partnership to offer customers exclusive access to the ultimate shopping experience, value-added benefits, and online savings. 
As evolving consumer needs drive an accelerated shift to digital, e-commerce continues to grow based on the safety, variety, and convenience it offers.
The partnership will see the rollout of consumer centric initiatives designed to meet the consumers’ evolving shopping needs. Customers who sign up for and use their Mastercard Platinum, World and World Elite Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by banks in the UAE, will receive a complimentary annual Amazon Prime membership.
