Passengers pray, cry during frightening flight turbulence

The flight took place amid multiple weather warnings.

Passengers were reportedly 'praying and crying' aboard a turbulent flight in the midst of conditions created by Storm Brendan in the UK.
According to the Mirror, Ryanair flight FR 9884 came into a patch of high turbulence flying from Liverpool to Derry in the UK.
In the video, the pilot can be seen expertly battling the high winds and severe turbulence, while passenger's claim it left their 'stomachs in bits'.
One passenger, Kloe McNeill, reported: "The turbulence was mad and the second time it happened everyone was stuck to the back of their seats and the woman beside me grabbed my arm."
She added that the cabin crew were very helpful during the experience. "They were so calm and were keeping everyone reassured that we were going to be alright and were passing out sick bags."
The plane circled the City of Derry Airport multiple times before landing. Passengers were reportedly applauding and cheering as the plane finally touched down on its third attempt.
This comes amid multiple weather warnings for much of Britain. Scotland and Northern Ireland, as strong gales and heavy rains rocked the nation in the wake of Storm Brendan.
