IF YOU’VE CAUGHT the acting bug but are in need of some helpful guidance, there’s a new workshop for you.
The Desert Monologues Acting Workshop will be running from May 2 until June 18 at The Courtyard Playhouse in Al Quoz. The adult course will take participants through a variety of drama-based activities and culminate in monologue performances at the theatre. Experienced instructors will teach students how to improve their stagecraft with skills including improvisation and preparing for real-world auditions.
Whether you’re looking to become a star or just want to improve your confidence and public speaking, the workshop promises to be a great way to have fun and meet like-minded people.
