His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Shaikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Minister of Finance and Deputy Ruler of Dubai attended the Abu Dhabi International Arabian Horse Championship held at Newmarket races field in the United Kingdom.
The event was held as part of the Fourth Installation of The President of the UAE Cup Series.
Wednesday’s race included eight rounds of which one was Etihad Airways Falmouth Stakes (Group 1) for Purebred Arabian Horses. The event was attended by Abdul Rahman Ghanim Al Mutaiwae, UAE Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Taleb Al Muhairi, General Secretary of the Emirates Equestrian Federation (EEF), in addition to senior officials.
The horses aged four years and above participated for a distance of 1600m.
