The seven-race-card pulled the curtains down on the 2010/2011 Sharjah racing season.

Royston Ffrench partnered RS Fancy Dancer to victory early in the afternoon to win the 1200m Purebred Arabians UAE-Bred Unrated Maiden race in great style. The second race, a 1200m Purebred Arabians Handicap was won by Barolo in the hands and heels of Wayne Smith.

French completed a quick double after riding Pirate’s Song to a narrow win in the 1200m Thoroughbreds Handicap third race on the card.

Fantastique MHF showed stamina and made virtually all under Richard Hills to claim the 2700m Purebred Arabians Handicap Sharjah Marathon.

The 2000m Thoroughbreds contest attracted full field of 16 runners and Graymalkin did everything right under Xavier Ziani to cross the finish line ahead of runner up Florentine Ruler, Patrick Dobbs in the saddle.

The final race of the season, a 1700m Purebred Arabians UAE Bred Rated Maiden went to Al Garhood, ridden by Antioco Murgia.
