Ukrainian army chief says although the situation is 'complicated', his forces are managing to hold back
Karan and Alita, the Mumbai-based couple met in Dubai and recently tied the knot in Goa. Their colourful wedding pictures have been making the rounds of the internet ever since.
"We met in school and were part of the same group. I didn't know her personally first though, we got closer after undergrad and when I was working in Mumbai. And finally we met in Dubai and everything worked out," the groom Karan told Wed Me Good.
As the couple comes from different religious backgrounds, they went on to have two lavish wedding celebrations. The first was a Hindu wedding, galore with vibrant colours.
Karan arrived in style with a baraat riding a colourful rickshaw and his enthusiastic family dancing to the beats.
The couple also had a Christian wedding ceremony. The bride even had the wedding date embroidered on her wedding gown sleeve.
Karan wore Superman cufflinks and guitar lapel on his blue wedding suit.
Talking to the wedding blog, Karan said, "She's Catholic, I'm Gujarati. We are both from Mumbai, so we didn't want a hectic wedding. It turned out beautiful."
We wish them all the best!
