President receives Eid well-wishers

President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan received today at Al Rawda Palace in Al Ain, and in presence of Gen. Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, greetings on the occasion of Eid Al Adha from Sheikhs, ministers, Executive Council members, armed forces and police officers, senior officials, dignitaries and citizens.

Eid greetings were also offered to Shaikh Khalifa by ambassadors of the GCC countries.

Present were Shaikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Region, Shaikh Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Shaikh Suroor bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Shaikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor, Shaikh Saeed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Representative of the Ruler of Abu Dhabi, Shaikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works (ZFCHW), Lt. General Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Shaikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, Shaikh Omer bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the ZFCHW Board of Trustees, Dr Shaikh Sultan bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, the President’s Advisor, Dr Shaikh Saeed bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Shaikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Shaikh Sultan bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Chairman of Tourism and Culture Authority - Abu Dhabi, Shaikh Hazza bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Under secretary of the Court of the Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Region, Ahmed Juma Al Zaabi, Deputy Minister of Presidential Affairs, Sheikhs and senior officials.

Poets recited poems in praise of Shaikh Khalifa and the achievements made by the UAE under his wise leadership.
