The delegation was headed by Abdullah Mohamed Alwan, Director General; Khalifa Rashed, Deputy Director General; and Ahmad Manae, Director of the Division of Residence and Entry Permits.
The core of the agreement focused on reducing the number of exceptions and illegal residences in the Emirate of Ajman in accordance with the regulations enforced by the two institutions, and widening cooperation in terms of human resources and training and other community activities.
The General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners Affairs delegation was received by Thamer Salman, AUST Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs; Dr Ahmed Ankit, AUST Vice President for Public Relations and Cultural Affairs; Abdullah Saeed Salman, General Manager of AUST Department of Student Affairs; and Shadi Abou Khaled, Manager of the PR department in Ajman University.
The guests were invited to tour the University and were introduced to some of the AUST colleges. They also visited the new high-tech all-HD media studio which the University acquired recently.
The delegates extended their appreciation for what they have seen and for what Ajman University has accomplished.
