Standard Chartered Bank take honours
ABU DHABI – Standard Chartered Bank defeated Danube Jebel Ali in the Premier Division to emerge champions in the Danube Cricket League.
Sanjay from Standard Chartered Bank was declared the Man of the Series, while Rupika from Danube, was declared Woman of the Series.
In the Plate event, Haseeb Rasoul defeated American University in Sharjah.
Danube had organized this one-day cricket tournament.
A total of 32 teams participated in the event.
Apart from cricket, the event was fully loaded with fun activities for the entire family including games for women and children, which was backed by some pulsating music.
