Academy to organise free cricket coaching camp

DUBAI - The Emirates Cricket Training Academy plans to organise a free cricket coaching camp from June 15, a press release said.

The academy will also conduct their UK tour in July, and the team is scheduled to play 10 matches with different Under-19 clubs, the release added.

ECT will play a five-match series consisting four 25-over matches and a two-day match with the Purely Cricket Club, Surrey.

Besides, the academy will play Twenty20 games with Beddington Cricket Club and Old Whitgiftinan Cricket Club.

The team will be led by Daniyal Shakil, who has played for the UAE U-15 team which toured Nepal for the ACC Elite Cup. Shohail Hashim will be his deputy.

The coach Shakil Latif and assistant Rizwan Latif provide coaching to the players.
