All shops at Dragon Mart are now open, although entertainment outlets such as the cinema, rooftop sports complex and Fabyland remain closed under the latest directives.
Dragon Mart's current opening hours are 12 noon to 10pm daily, with Carrefour supermarket open from 9am to 10pm.
