The UAE’s Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) has updated compulsory PCR test procedures for employees who are not fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
The authority had announced earlier that unvaccinated federal government employees have to mandatorily take a PCR test every seven days.
In its latest update, the FAHR said recipients of the first dose of the vaccine have to take the PCR tests every seven days as well. This will continue till they take their second dose, the FAHR added.
They need to furnish evidence of having received their second dose to be exempted from the requirement.
