Coronavirus relief: Ajman Ruler allocates Dh3 million to needy families

Ajman - The gesture comes with a host of other decisions and directives from the Ajman Ruler, aiming to support the society and the business sector.

A fund worth Dh3 million has been allocated to support needy families in the emirate, according to a decision issued by His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman.
The gesture comes with a host of other decisions and directives from the Ajman Ruler, aiming to support the society and the business sector amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Charity Work Coordination Council, directed his team to immediately distribute the fund to needy families. He called for effective coordination to make sure that the communities' needs are met.
The charity council has also been instructed to submit reports and recommendations to the Ajman Ruler, so that appropriate programmes can be implemented to ensure the health and safety of residents.
