Coronavirus: Bahrain reports 438 new Covid-19 cases

The Bahrain health ministry on Monday reported 438 new cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus, along with 736 recoveries.

Of the new cases, 279 were among expatriate workers, 150 are contacts of active cases, and nine are travel related.

As many as 7,274 new Covid-19 tests were carried out on June 28, the ministry said, adding that total recoveries now stand at 20,517.

There are currently 74 cases receiving treatment, of which 41 are in a critical condition. 5,064 cases are stable out of a total of 5,105 active cases.
