In a social media post, Hollywood star Tom Cruise while batting for the big screen movie experience, has revealed his thoughts on Christopher Nolan's new film Tenet, which is being widely regarded as a game changer for the beleaguered cinema industry amidst the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Cruise posted a video with the caption 'Big Movie. Big Screen. Loved it.' In the video, he is seen wearing a mask and hopping into a car to attend a screening of Tenet.
He is pictured applauding during the film along with the rest of the socially distanced, mask-clad attendees, and says 'Great to be back in a movie theatre, everybody'. When asked if he enjoyed the film his response is 'I loved it'.
One of the world's biggest movie stars, Cruise's endorsement of Tenet on the silver screen will no doubt be an added shot in the arm to Covid-afflicted cinema businesses around the globe.
Tenet will release this weekend in the UAE.
