Friends stars Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, Matthew Perry, Courteney Cox and David Schwimmer are all set to shoot the highly anticipated reunion of the much loved sitcom next month. It will debut on HBO Max.
But according to a report in The Mirror, some 'stringent conditions' will be in place amidst the ongoing worldwide Covid-19 crisis.
"There are going to be very strict guidelines and that includes no live audiences. All of the cast will be tested for Covid-19, and asked to quarantine in isolation after they've had the tests," one source told the outlet.
The Friends reunion special will reportedly be a mix of interviews and sketches.
"We are hoping to be able to shoot in August, if all is well and there is no early second wave and the studio is open," Friends creator Marta Kauffman said.
