Why this video of veteran Bollywood actress talking about Nana Patekar is going viral 

The actress hesitantly spoke about Patekar's dark side.

After Tanushree Dutta made shocking revelations about alleged sexual harassment by Nana Patekar on the sets of Horn Ok Pleassss, a Twitter user went ahead and found a video of Dimple Kapadia calling him 'obnoxious'.
When asked by Anupama Chopra about working with Nana Patekar, the veteran actress had said, "I think he is obnoxious." 

Nana Patekar's "dark side" has always been an open secret in Bollywood.

When probed further if she meant it in a good or a bad way, Dimple hesitant initially went ahead to say, "In a good and a bad way."
"As far as his talent goes, there's no match to him. He is an extremely talented man. When I see talent like him, sau khoon maaf hai. Sab kuch maaf hai. Meri jaan bhi lelo. (When I see talent like him, 100 murders are forgiven. Everything can be forgiven. Take my life too).
"But, as a person, with me he has been very, very nice, kind and a good friend. But I have also seen his dark side. We all have a dark side which is nicely and safely kept aside."
When Tanushree Dutta had spoken to the press about Nana Patekar's harassment years back, nobody had supported her. Now, many in Bollywood including Priyanka Chopra, Swara Bhaskar, Richa Chad, Sonam K Ahuja.
Dimple's daughter, Twinkle Khanna also shared a tweet supporting Tanushree Dutta. She said,  "Please read this thread before judging or shaming #TanushreeDutta a working environment without harassment and intimidation is a fundamental right and by speaking up this brave woman helps pave the way towards that very goal for all of us!"
