Kandy Club featuring DJ Akhtar

DJ Akhtar has recently released a successful remix album called ‘Disco Dynamite’. Amongst the DJ brigade in Mumbai, Akhtar is the latest to release a remix album. In the fickle world of remixes, Akhtar is confident that his album will rock. “It’s the experience of playing spontaneously when the audience is already grooving that gives me the confidence that this album will work,” he explains. “The other factors are experimentation, technical know-how and a single-minded focus. Once you get all that, it’s very unlikely you will go wrong with a remix album.” This night is supported by DJs Hani and Shadow.
