Puff pastry - 4
Chopped mangoes - 1 cup
Fresh cream - 2 small tins
Condensed milk - 5 to 6 tbsps.
Whipped cream or ice cream to top
Crushed caramelized nuts and a mint sprig for garnish
Egg - 1 (to egg wash the pastries)
Method:
Egg wash the thawed puff pastries with a brush and bake for 15- 20 minutes at 180 Degree Celsius. Make a hole in center and keep aside.
Prepare mango cream - Combine cream and condensed milk. Add in the chopped mangoes and combine everything well. Let it chill for a while.
Assembling:
Fill in the puff pastry with the prepared chilled mango cream generously.
Add ice cream or a swirl of whipped cream on top of it.
Sprinkle some crushed caramelized nuts and top it with a mint sprig!
Voila! Serve it immediately or later; it remains crunchy!
Tips:
You can air fry the puff pastries for flakier results.
Top with Dulce de leche ice cream for a tastier version!
