Dubai — The Indian Property Show Dubai has partnered with property consultancy services firm JLL. Visitors can attend free seminars by JLL to be held from June 11 to 13 at Dubai World Trade Centre as part of the Indian Property Show.

The seminars will be conducted to guide buyers on their real estate investments, property hot spots in key Indian cities, growth prospects, property outlook for 2015, investment strategy, etc.

“We have always focused our efforts on making the process of property purchase seamless and hassle-free for NRI buyers. Therefore, we keep innovating and re-inventing the show with every edition. Our partnership with JLL adds another dimension to our show and I am confident it will benefit the potential buyers, helping them take the right decision,” said Sunil Jaiswal, president of Sumansa Exhibitions, organisers of the Indian Property Show.

“Regardless of its speed of growth, the fact remains that the Indian real estate sector is a dynamic one, and that long-term investments into it will pay off very well as long as the investment decision is sound. The sector is expected to grow at 30 per cent over the next decade across the housing, retail, hospitality and commercial verticals. The market size is expected to touch $180 billion by 2020,” said Ashwinder Raj Singh, CEO of residential services, JLL India.
