Sorbonne University's virtual open day for undergraduates

Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi (SUAD) is holding a Virtual Open Day on March 17 from 4 pm to 8 pm for undergraduate programmes. Students and parents from all over the world have the opportunity to conveniently attend the event.

SUAD aims at providing world-class education and attracts the best students from the UAE and around the world who will benefit from more than 760 years of academic excellence. The university offers a wide range of undergraduate programmes taught in either English or French in the fields of sciences and humanities.


The virtual open day will comprise multiple online sessions, presentations, virtual tours, and live chats with the academic and administrative teams and current students. Open day guests will have the opportunity to learn more about admission requirements, fees, scholarships, career services and student activities. In addition, attendees can virtually explore 93,000 square metres of state-of-the-art campus and facilities, and the onsite students' residences.

Those who submit applications during the virtual open day will avail of a waiver of Dh2,700. In addition, applicants might also be eligible for scholarships up to 100 per cent and other dis- counts that the university offers.


Professor Silvia Serrano, vice chancellor of SUAD stated, "Our main mission is to help students find their passion and unlock their full potential through guided high-quality education and mentoring. We have tried our best to provide an enhanced virtual experience for the open day."
