Launched almost five years ago, Magic Colour Technical Services has made significant investments in research and marketing in the UAE. The company specialises in finding the right partners, assembling a highly professional team, and sourcing top-quality raw material into the UAE.
"I started the firm after an extensive and rich experience of 25 years, during which time I worked in different positions as an employee and in top management. Mine has been a classical 'Rags to Riches' story. With this firm, it took us a little over two years to be ready to take on the world," Mahendra Kumar Jangid, Managing Director, Magic Colour Technical Services, told Khaleej Times.
Primarily focused on interior decoration, turnkey projects, and exhibitions and events, the company chooses the highest quality products sourced from trusted partners. Thereafter its experienced workmanship creates interior masterpieces that are a class in itself. "Whether it's a vintage side table for a house owner or luxurious five-star commercial/residential project, our focus is on the minute details to exceed our customers' satisfaction," the MD added.
Talking about the importance of the Middle East market, Jangid noted, "The region in general and UAE in particular is very important to us. Even though people sometimes complain that the pace of construction has slowed down, we believed in this market all along and still believe that it is growing (and would continue to grow aggressively) for the foreseeable future.
Perhaps the biggest strengths of Magic Colour are its product strength and enriched professional workmanship. Adds the MD, "Our products have been assessed and quality-approved from a host of European and US labs. It exceeds almost all design specifications with a substantial cost benefit to local developers. We are an ISO 9001-certified company. Sure of our product quality, Magic Colour provides 100 per cent guarantee of return or replacement. Incidentally none of our customers has ever returned or replaced our products."
While the company faces some of the same challenges that the overall market is faced with, Magic Colour has continued its strong growth. "Liquidity challenges are there for the rest of the market. On the contrary we have been growing so aggressively that sometimes even updating state-of-the-art machineries, warehousing and personal resourcing is stretched to its limit," Jangid explained.
To date, the company has delivered projects in Asia, Far East and the Middle East. Notes the MD, "We focus on doing the right thing in all the markets that we work in, even if the profitability is a bit lower and that has worked out for us in the long run. Our belief is that when you are honest and honour your commitments by providing the best quality to people, all markets turn lucrative."
Aspiring to be one of the most quality and environment conscious interior contracting companies in the region, customers form the core of Magic Colour's forward strategy. "We are significantly investing in automating and optimising our supply chain, using technology to utilise it effectively in order to pass on price benefits to our customers," Jangid concluded.
