Abu Dhabi law firm appoints 3 lawyers

ABU DHABI — International law firm Reed Smith Richards Butler (RSRB) has appointed three new lawyers specialising in M&A, projects and infrastructure to the firm's Abu Dhabi office.

Arash Amai, Gillian Hamblin and Raya Abu Gulal will be joining from the Abu Dhabi office of Simmons & Simmons.

Arash joins as a partner with particular focus on Middle East M&A and project work. In particular he has worked on some of the region's largest transactions in the oil & gas sector.

Gillian Hamblin joins as a senior associate and specialises in infrastructure projects and real estate. Gillian advises UAE-based developers and has considerable experience in Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS).
