Weather forecaster Dr S K Gupta said mariners were alerted so that they will take necessary precautions when they are at sea.
The weather remained hazy and breezy during the day with non-coastal areas such as Abu Dhabi and Al Ain affected by dust. “We do not expect any rain for Wednesday,” Dr Gupta added.
The meteorological office said that today’s temperature is expected to stay at 35 degrees Celsius. The hazy conditions are likely to continue but Thursday and Friday should see a return to fine weather, they said.
