UAE Mars mission reaches over 10,000 students

Equipping teachers on details and characteristic of Hope Probe has helped the centre reach over 10,000 students of different ages

As part of educating future generations of engineers and scientists of the UAE in space science, the centre launched its Teachers Ambassador Programme in 2015.
Equipping teachers on details and characteristic of Hope Probe, and space science in general, has helped the centre reach over 10,000 students of different age groups.
"The age of 13-14 is  ideal to spark children's curiosity to space," said Al Marri.
The programme looks to launch collaboration initiatives between the Emirates Mars Mission and various educational institutes in the country, with the goal of reviewing curricula in schools and launching to prepare UAE students for the dynamic sector.
