Tanmia inks accord with HR company
DUBAI — Tanmia has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Profiles International Middle East (ME), a human resource assessment and profiling company, at a special ceremony held at Tanmia's headquarters.
Tanmia decided to collaborate with Dubai-based Profiles International ME after evaluating the results of a recent study conducted by the human resource assessment company showing a sharp increase in the number of private and public companies adopting psychological measures towards employee performance.
The study also revealed a growing awareness among general managers and human resource management practitioners on the need to use scientifically-based tools that measure employee performance and behaviour and eventually help in developing motivational and performance-enhancing strategies.
