Signboards on Ajman roads
AJMAN — Ajman Municipality has started installing signboards in the emirate and its external roads under the instruction of Shaikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, chairman of the Ajman Department of Municipality and Planning.
The initiative is part of his plan to make Ajman attractive for tourism and investment, said Engineer Mohammed bin Omair Al Muhairi, Head of the Planning and Survey Section at Ajman Municipality.
The signboards have already been designed according to international standards, in uniform shapes and in brown colour said Al Muhairi.
He explained that they had already been installed on Shaikh Zayed, Shaikh Khalifa and Shaikh Humaid roads enabling motorists to read the instructions during day and at night.
