Restaurant ordered shut in Abu Dhabi for violating safety standards

Abu Dhabi - The Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority (ADFCA) has ordered the closure of a restaurant for not complying with the set health and safety standards.

Al Alamin Restaurant and Refreshments, located on Hamdan bin Mohammed Street, was ordered shut for violating Food Law No. 2 of 2008.

Thamer Al Qasimi, Acting Director of Communication and Community Service Division of ADFCA, told Khaleej Times that some of the food was prepared outside the restaurant.
