Plan to enhance staff efficiency
ABU DHABI — The Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs (MFNCA) yesterday launched a programme dubbed ‘Say & Do’ with the aim of promoting excellence of services and enhancing staff efficiency in line with the Shaikh Khalifa Programme for Excellence.
Headed by MFNCA Secretray-General Tarek Lootah, the programme is being implemented in association with the Dubai Institute of Human Resources Development.
According to Lootah, “The programme is based on international standards outlined by the Shaikh Khalifa Programme for Excellence, and aims at empowering our team and improving their capacity and output.”
Investment in human capital is a key component of our strategy and an annual plan is now being prepared to enrich the administrative skills of our employees and to promote teamwork, he added.
“A specialised team known as the ‘Excellence Team’ from the ministry has been established to ensure that the programme is carried out efficiently. More such teams will be formed in due course,” he stated.
