It's a man balancing himself rather well atop rock to avoid getting wet. This picture went on to become a meme overnight with many Photoshop versions of the same cropping up on Twitter.
While one Photoshop enthusiast has placed him on the Priyanka Chopra's trench coat from the Met Gala, he is also conveniently photoshopped into the iconic 'Tu Cheez Badi Hai Mast Mast' song, squeezed between Akshay Kumar and Raveena Tandon.
