Gulf children urged to perform noble deeds
DUBAI - Shaikha Latifa Award for Children's Creativity yesterday organised a celebration titled Childhood is a mutual responsibility where children from all the AGCC countries gathered and celebrated the Gulf Child Day.
The celebration held by the award was organised under the patronage of Shaikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Chairwoman of Dubai Women's Club, who called on children from various Gulf countries to gather at one place where they can understand the true meaning of belonging to one nation and one religion. Shaikha Manal urged the Gulf children to abide by the Islamic values and ethics, and to truly belong to their countries by performing noble deeds that can bring fruitful results for their countries.
