Metropolic Paper Industries (MPI) has introduced bio active toilet paper (BATP) for the first time in the GCC region.
Created and developed through a careful selection of natural microorganisms, chosen for their skill of degrading polluting substances, BATP is 100 per cent natural and does not contain genetically modified organ-isms (GMOs) or volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Using BATP toilet paper is both safe for personal use and the environment. It is not only sustainable but also makes a positive impact on saving the environment in the long run. When activated by contact with water, these spores release enzymes capable of degrading organic substances by treating wastewater and pipes.
BATP is composed of bacteria specialised in degradation of organic substances present in wastewater. Nourishment decrease creates a sort of food antagonism for microorganisms and determinates, and, at the same time, reduces the pathogens and bacteria colonies and a lack of food for insect larvae nestled in pipes.
Just four to six weeks of regular use of toilet paper treated with BATP will result in a complete cleaning of pipes and sewage system.
Ever since its inception in 1995, MPI has largely grown due its professional strength and is currently regarded as one of the market leaders.
With fully automated, state-of-the-art machinery, advanced technology installed in fully air-conditioned premise, MPI has one of the most sought-after tissue converting plants in the region. Its brand recall is synonymous with best quality, hygiene, sterilisation, water-proofing and environmentally-friendly production processes.
