English language test for pilots
DUBAI — The Emirates Aviation College (EAC-Aerospace and Academic Studies wing) will offer the Aviation English Language Proficiency Test for pilots and air traffic controllers.
The new service has been made available as part of an International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) mandate that requires all airmen to demonstrate an English language proficiency of level 4 (Operational) by March 2008.
