Emiratisation development programme at Daman
ABU DHABI — In an effort to boost the number of Emiratis within the company and the insurance sector as a whole, the National Health Insurance Company- Daman initiated an Emiratisation development programme.
The initiative is one of the significant Emiratisation projects to be fronted by the region’s largest health insurance provider.
The programme offers UAE nationals in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain a unique wcombination of academic studies in fundamentals of insurance together with general business skills and professional training at Daman. The UAE Academy, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will run the customised academic course. Participants will have the opportunity to join Daman as permanent employees following their completion of the programme. — olivia@khaleejtimes.com
