Emirates Driving Institute (EDI), the largest driving institute in Dubai, recently rolled out a new driving course named 'Fixed Price Course'. Customers registering for it will only pay a fixed course fees until they get their licence, no matter how many classes and tests they take. The new course has been launched to ensure that the customer doesn't come under unnecessary "fear of failure" stress while learning how to drive.
Similarly, EDI offers another fixed driving course known as the 'Platinum Driving Course'. The key differentiator between the two courses is that customers registering for the Platinum course will be trained on an elite fleet of cars, such as Range Rover, Mercedes, Camaro and Tesla, adding another feather in EDI's cap.
There is increasing interest in driving a Tesla today thanks to its attractive benefits such as being environmentally friendly, reducing the carbon footprint and saving costs. Customers who wish to own a Tesla after getting their driver's licence can benefit by getting trained in one, which will help them be better-adapted with the mechanics and features of the car, ensuring their safety while driving on the road. Alternatively, people with a licence can opt to register for the 'Refresher Driving Course' using Tesla.
EDI always strives to offer the best to its students and is proud to contribute to the happiness initiative started by the government to its customers. To be at the forefront of road safety by creating safer drivers is one of the core values at EDI. Its mission of creating safe drivers doesn't stop with driver training courses but goes much beyond that.
The institute introduced an initiative almost a decade back to spread the message of safe driving amongst one and all. As a part of this initiative, EDI regularly visits companies, colleges, universities, parks, community events, malls and various schools for conducting road safety programmes and road safety demonstrations.
EDI is the only driving institute in the UAE to have sophisticated 'Road Safety demonstration' exhibits where it provides experience-based learning using roll-over car, seat belt convincer, tyre exhibit, head restraint exhibit, drunken vision goggles and child seat exhibit through which the vital messages of road and driving safety are delivered for people of all ages. Also, EDI won the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Energy and Green Economy award 2017 under the Best Service Provider.
