Egyptian national Eman Abdul Atti, once known as the 'world's heaviest woman' passed away on Monday, September 25, at 4:35am due to complications from the underlying comorbid conditions, including heart disease and kidney dysfunction, according to medical experts at Burjeel Hospital.

December 6, 2016:

October 24, 2016:
At 500kg, Eman Abdul Atti is declared world's heaviest woman.
February 11, 2017:
Eman - weighing 504kg - arrives at Saifee Hospital in Mumbai. She is lifted by a crane from the aircraft and brought to the hospital in an open-to-sky truck.
February 16, 2017:
She thanks doctors and the governments of India and Egypt for their help in a video message.
February 22, 2017:
A Bollywood superstar's mum donates Dh55,000 for the overweight Egyptian woman.
March 7, 2017:
Eman sheds over 100kg. She now weighs 404kg.
March 9, 2017:

April 24, 2017:
