Corn fritters

Serves: 2
Ingredients
Corn cobs 3 pc
Garlic clove, crushed 1 pc
Fresh coriander, chopped small bunch
Small red chilli, finely chopped 1 pc
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Plain flour ¾ cup
Red onion, peeled 1 pc
Salt to taste
Water 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Method
Slice the corn kernels from the cobs into a large bowl. Add the garlic, chopped coriander, red chilli, red onion, soy sauce and flour. Add water and mix well.
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Make roundish fritters out of the mixture and place (carefully) into the oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes and remove.
Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
