Kids' Yoga Day

Get the young ones involved in the spirit of good health and well-being. Hosted by YogaKidsUAE and Move on Yoga Dubai, this Yoga Day will feature a free session for kids aged four to 10 years old at Engine Health and Fitness. International Day of Yoga by Ashtanga Yoga Dubai

This is a community class open to everyone who wants to join, led by the only KPJAYI-authorised yoga shala in the UAE. All levels are welcome including anyone who would like to watch. The group will further be supporting Yoga Gives Back, i.e., commemorative t-shirts for the event, as part of its third annual celebrations. Parking is available behind the SKYDIVE Dubai sign, and visitors are advised to bring their own mats.

Yogathon at 136.1 Yoga Studio

In collaboration with Lululemon Middle East, 136.1 Yoga Studio invites you to experience the many dimensions of Yoga - physical, mental, emotional, psychological and traditional - as you bend, stretch, twist and meditate with awareness.
Lululemon Athletica will have a pop up corner to try out its products that help you move freely from Sun Salutations to Savasana.
The free sessions will be led by experienced instructors, and is part of the studio's resolve to foster a vibrant community around traditional yogic practices.
The Yogathon schedule features Vinyasa Flow with Desire at Shakti Hall, Jivamukti with Dina at Shiva Hall and meditation in the morning; and Iyengar Yoga with Ganesh at Shakti Hall and Vinyasa Flow with Fatima at Shiva Hall and meditation in the evening.

Sunset Class and Community Dinner

GuavaPass will team up with Yoga House and The Sum Of Us to host an evening of community-led activities for Dubai's Yoga Community to gather, socialise and share their love for the activity.
Starting with a Gentle June Flow class, guests will be guided through a one-hour session with Yoga House's lead instructor Karthik, who has over 10 years of teaching experience in both Hatha and Ashtanga, and will focus on calming the mind and practicing mindfulness. Following the class, guests can enjoy the healthy and wholesome goodness provided by The Sum Of Us at sunset.
To maintain the community-esque vibe of the event, the café will adopt a sharing platter concept for all three courses during the evening and include freshly-pressed juices as well as an assortment of not-so-guilty pleasures such as Coconut and Chia Seed Pudding, Vegan Raw Bar, etc., courtesy of the café's newest bakery concept, Rise & Dawn Bakehouse.
Members of the general public are invited to enjoy the celebration for Dh130 per person.

Community International Yoga Day Celebrations

The Bharatiya Yoga Sansthan (BYS Discovery Gardens Yoga group will host a special event focused on healthy living through yoga. In case you miss it, the group conducts one-hour of free yoga sessions every morning, comprising asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation), supported by the Bharatiya Yoga Sansthan. The class aims to meet individual needs in a gentle and non-competitive environment. It can provide some much needed "me time" and unwind from daily stresses and responsibilities.
