Serves: 4
Ingredients
Beef tenderloin cubes 280 gm
Corn oil 20 gm
Garlic 10 gm
Spring onion 10 gm
Butter 10 gm
Black pepper 5 gm
Fried garlic to garnish
For the Vietnamese sauce:
Maggi sauce 10 gm
Worcestershire sauce 15 gm
Sugar 6 gm
Thai chilli sauce 10 gm
Method
Mix all the ingredients for the Vietnamese sauce.
Pan-fry the beef cubes until medium rare, or till preferred doneness.
Add the garlic and spring onion. Add the butter, black pepper and the Vietnamese sauce.
To serve, finish with fried garlic on the top.
