Baked ginger cheesecake

Ingredients
For the base:
Biscuit crumbs 100 gm
Ginger powder 20 gm
Butter, melted 60 gm
For the cheese filling:
Cream cheese 500 gm
Sugar 200 gm
Butter 200 gm
Egg 6 pc
Ginger candy 100 gm
Method
Pre-heat oven at 150°C.
Prepare a 6cm steel ring and cover one side with aluminum foil.
Melt the butter and pour into the biscuit crumbs and ginger powder. Mix well; pour into the steel ring and press.
Cream the cream cheese, sugar and butter for the filling until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time; each must be completely mixed before adding the next. Add the ginger candy and mix well.
Pour onto the base and steam bake around 45 minutes or 1 hour.
After cooking, keep in the chiller overnight. Serve.
